Business Intelligence Officer

**The Company**
Our client is an international logistics and freight forwarding company that offers transportation solutions globally. The company provides a wide range of customized solutions of logistics services and supply chain solutions such as Transportation, Warehousing and Custom Clearance.
The Business Intelligence Officer will support the sales development of the company and be part of the sub-regional commercial team.
**The role**
- Research and structure information of potential customers through various media platforms.
- Manage data and KPI in both national and internal sales campaign.
- Ensure the CRM is constantly updated and control of data integrity and quality.
- Management and training of CRM super users and users linked to accounts.
- CRM reporting.
- Maintain and update all commercial marketing material and information.
- Liaise with the Regional marketing team for market intelligence updates and social media posting.
- Support yearly customer survey process.
- Research and analyze specific market vertical, segments, or geographical areas.
**The requirements**
- Diploma / Degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent presentation skills and strong negotiation skills.
- Able to work with different levels of the organization.
Pay: $2,000.00 - $2,500.00 per month
**Education**:
- Local Polytechnic Diploma (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business intelligence: 2 years (preferred)
