**Your Mission**:As our **Senior Global Category Specialist, Indirect Procurement**based in **Singapore**and reporting to the **Global Commodity Manager**your role will be pivotal in leading the transformation of indirect procurement strategies in a global, fast-paced environment. Collaborate with category leaders to optimize performance, drive strategic sourcing initiatives, and build strong partnerships across the organization. Your work will directly impact cost efficiency, supplier relationships, and Maxeon’s long-term growth objectives.

**How You Will Make an Impact**

Strategic Sourcing**: Use deep market insights and stakeholder collaboration to develop and execute innovative category strategies.
- ** Data-Driven Decision-Making**: Leverage analytics and spend profiling to eliminate non-value-added costs and improve procurement outcomes.
- ** Category Leadership**: Provide thought leadership on category innovation, mentor team members, and drive alignment with business goals.
- ** Supplier Management**: Establish and nurture strategic supplier partnerships to deliver mutual value and sustainable business outcomes.
- ** Contract Management**: Lead negotiations and implement robust contract and compliance programs to control spend and mitigate risks.
- ** Cross-Functional Collaboration**: Act as a trusted business partner, influencing and aligning stakeholders to achieve procurement objectives.
- ** Value Creation**: Identify and implement cost-saving and efficiency opportunities aligned with Maxeon’s business priorities.

**Your Toolkit: Skills That Make a Difference**

**Essential for your Success**:

- Bachelor’s degree in procurement, business, or a related field.
- 7-10 years of experience in indirect procurement, managing categories such as facilities, HR, consulting, financial services, travel, or IT in a global organization.
- Proficiency in procurement tools and systems (e.g., SAP Ariba, Oracle, Coupa) with a solid understanding of source-to-contract and procure-to-pay processes.
- Proven ability to execute strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and supplier management programs.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills in diverse, cross-cultural environments.

**It would be Nice if You Have**:

- Tech-savvy with experience in procurement digitalization.
- Resilient, self-driven, and adaptable, with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, capable of thriving in ambiguous and fast-paced environments.
- Additional language skills are advantageous but not required.
