Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives that align with Marina Bay Sands' Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to identify and address community needs, aligned to the focus areas of Marina Bay Sands’ CSR programme, Sands Cares
- Lead and organise community engagement, fundraising, and volunteering initiatives by working closely with internal stakeholders
- Engage internal stakeholders to drive Team Member volunteerism through planning, coordination and execution of meaningful volunteerism events on a regular basis
- Evaluate and respond to donation appeals and sponsorship requests
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of CSR initiatives, and prepare post-programme evaluation reports
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and ethical standards
- Assist with volunteer data consolidation and reporting

Job Requirements

Education & Certification
- A Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences, Marketing/Communications, Business or Hospitality

Experience
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience.
- Experience in corporate social responsibility, communications and event management

Other Prerequisites
- Possess strong command of English
- Excellent writing and communications abilities
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills - a communicator passionate about advocating CSR as best practice for business
- A team player with the ability to work independently and proactively
- Ability to focus, multi-task and accomplish objectives in a fast-paced environment
