**Responsibilities**
- Ensure LQE is carried out when attending to guests.
- Check any Hold Back laundry parcel to be delivered to the rooms. Call Front Office to hex room.
- After guest check in to inform Marina Laundry to post charges.
- Collect guest laundry/pressing/dry cleaning when paged by Coordinator.
- Record all room numbers correctly and according to type of service in the Valet Collection Chit
- Highlight all Express Service on the chit.
- Highlight all club access guests and express service in the chit.
- Follow up with Marina Laundry on the Express Service for the rooms indicated.
- Do confirmation of guest laundry with Marina Laundry, or bring to Housekeeper’s attention.
- Record Hold Laundry in the computer.
- Hand over all guest requests to afternoon shift valet.
- Collect Club Floor guest laundry list from Marina Laundry to post complimentary pressings.
- Assist in duties assigns by Housekeepers or Coordinators.
- Follow up closely on Express Service parcels.
- Inform Executive Housekeeper or her Assistants if laundry is delayed or damaged.
- Inform Executive Housekeeper or her Assistant to check special attention laundry before delivery to the room.
- Check all garments are correctly delivered by Marina Laundry.
- Tally garments on hangers and folded items with laundry/pressing/dry-cleaning list.

**Job Requirements**
- Adaptable and can work in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to do shift work, work on weekends and public holidays
- Training will be provided
