**Responsibilities**:

- Develop new EA/recruitment business unit of FDW sector
- Recruit and manage new FDW EA team
- Leverage on current administration and logistics support, to set-up customized 300 degrees SOP / Administration / Filing for new business unit
- Set-up and lead team achieve KPI for team and individual
- Monitor and ensure both Fees Collection & workers Handover
- Set-up Key/Big Accounts management
- Development and implementation of digital & social media approach
- Dispute management
- Ensure and maintain smooth liaison between Management, Finance/HR, and Support/Admin
- Ensure adequate reports submissions

**Requirements**:

- At least 2 years recruitment experience in FDW sector
- Resourceful local/overseas network of FDW workers
- Resourceful network of FDW employers
- Leadership experience
- Business development experience & Track Record (an advantage)
- Possess CEI Basic license
- MUST BE Responsible, organized and with good self-discipline
- Highly passionate and committed, and can take pressure
- Positive, Proactive & Results oriented

Basic Salary: $3,500 - $5,000

Commission: Individual & Overriding

5 days work week, 9am to 6pm

+ 1 Sat per month 10am to 3pm

+ 1 Sun per month 12pm to 8pm
