Today, student success requires skills for collaboration, creativity, compassion, and problem solving. There is an urgent need to prepare our young people to both navigate an unknown and complex future and believe they have the skills to **shape **a more just, fair and compassionate future.

**Design thinking** is one of the ways we can address this need to build a growth mindset and building empathy.

**TRAINERS**: We are looking for enthusiastic and experienced facilitators and educators who are passionate about empowering students, and share interests in educating and teaching the young using innovative pedagogies. If you believe in student-led initiatives - write to us today

Facilitators will work on a freelance basis. Training, materials and lesson plans will be provided.

**Instructors with relevant professional certification(s) or accreditation(s) from reputable organisations (E.g. WDA) qualifying them as Design Thinking Coaches/ Trainers/ Instructors will be preferred**

**- Deliver classroom training for Design Thinking, Life Skills, Character Development, Leadership and related programs.**
- Facilitate the students in the classroom to deliver effective and engaging programmes.
- Follow the workshop activities according to the program design and adapt the delivery if needed to suit the learning style of the students.
- Take ownership of the delivering an effective programme to meet the objectives and outcomes of the programmes.

**Job Requirements**
- Qualified trainer or ex-teachers with at least 2 years of teaching/training experience.
- Effective communication and classroom management skills is a must.
- Enthusiastic and passionate about empowering children and youth.
- Experience in facilitation and training with knowledge of MOE guidelines in areas of CCE, SEL, Leadership and Life Skills.
- (please mention your experience in these areas)_
- Skill to understand various pedagogy models, methodology and concepts is essential.

**Additional Information**
- Interest and knowledge in using Design Thinking Methodology will be an added advantage.
- Experience in working with youth at-risk/ NT/ NA and having worked with teachers will be useful.
- We provide training and help build your skills and knowledge for committed trainers.
