**Freelance Trainer**

We are currently seeking passionate Freelance Trainers to join our team to provide Standard First Aid, Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) + AED trainings to course trainees.

**Responsibilities**

As an Freelance trainer, you will play a vital role in imparting the correct life saving techniques to the course trainees. You will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative training programmes. The key responsibilities are as follows:

- **Practical Training**: Conduct hands-on training sessions, demonstrations and clinical simulations to help course trainees develop essential life saving skills;
- **Assessment and Evaluation**: Administer assessments, practical examinations, and evaluations to measure trainees’ understanding and progress;
- **Mentorship**: Provide guidance to trainees, fostering a supportive and conducive learning environment;
- **Collaboration**: Collaborate with fellow faculty members and administrative staff to ensure a cohesive and effective learning experience;
- **Compliance**: Ensure adherence to accreditation and regulatory standards as stipulated by the Institute and regulatory authority.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Standard First Aid and BCLS + AED Instructor Certificate;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- Enthusiasm for teaching and mentoring trainees;
- Proficient in relevant software and educational tools
- Commitment to maintaining a positive and inclusive learning environment.
