**Payout**: $60-$80/hour

**About the Role**:
We are looking for passionate and experienced freelance personal trainers to join our team. As a freelance trainer, you’ll play a vital role in helping clients achieve their fitness goals through personalized training and expert guidance. You’ll work with a diverse range of clients, from young teens to seniors, tailoring sessions to meet their individual needs.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one or small group personal training sessions with clients at our gym.
- Offer professional guidance on proper exercise techniques, injury prevention, and safety.
- Design and implement personalized fitness programs based on clients' goals and fitness levels.
- Regularly review client progress and provide updates to our team to ensure consistent improvement.
- Foster a motivating and supportive environment to encourage client commitment and success.
- Stay informed on the latest fitness trends, tools, and techniques to enhance training sessions.
- Maintain professionalism and ensure the gym facilities are used responsibly during sessions.

**Requirements**:

- Certified as a Personal Trainer through recognized organizations such as **ACE, NASM, ISSA, or equivalent.**:

- Minimum of **3 years of experience**as a personal trainer.
- Additional certifications are a plus (e.g., Pre/Post-Natal, Rehabilitation, Strength & Conditioning).
- Motivational, approachable, and trustworthy personality.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage with clients effectively.
- Ability to adapt training styles for a diverse range of clients, including teens and seniors.

**Payout**:

- **$60-$80 per session**, depending on experience and certifications

**Work Arrangements**:

- Fully freelance role with flexibility to set schedules in coordination with clients.
- Opportunity to work with clients of various fitness levels and age groups.
