**About the role**:
To maintain and control full set of accounts for the Ultimate holding company and its subsidiary(s) which requires the Operational aspect of accounting knowledge. Reporting will cover the month-end closing of the Corporate books, reconciliation, PL & BS schedules, quarterly GST submission, corporate tax computation and year-end audit related matters.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Full set of accounts for Ultimate holding company and its subsidiary(s) including reconciliations, related PL & BS schedules. Work closely with Global Shared Service team.
- Year-end audit matters up to the finalization of financial statements.
- GST quarterly preparation and filing of returns for Ultimate holding company and its subsidiary(s).
- Work with Group Tax team on corporate tax computation.
- Attending to tax queries (if any) arising from internal tax team.
- Surveys compilation, preparation and compliance reporting.
- Assist in Forecast / Yearly budget process
- Liaise closely with business owner for operational issue(s), and internally within the team to support and FP&A for management review variance analysis.
- Work with Group Treasury on cash forecast and management.
- Dealing with Government department(s) on grants & incentives

**About you**:

- Degree in accountancy or its equivalent.
- 4-5 years of audit experience or relevant commercial experience. Audit experience is preferred.
- Strong accounting background at General Ledger level
- Good knowledge in GST
- Conversant with Singapore tax regulations/systems would be an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Excel/Word/Power point
- Familiar in Oracle accounting system and Cognos, a plus
- Good team player to support on-going process change and management reporting
- Commitment to meet tight datelines and reporting requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent time management skills, multi-task and able to work independently. Hands-on attitude is required for this role.
