**Responsibilities**:
Multi-Cloud Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-cloud strategy to leverage the capabilities of Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure. Embrace creativity in understanding business problems and adopt a design thinking approach to identify and address complex challenges.

Advanced Analytics Trends: Stay at the forefront of emerging trends like MarTech, BeautyTech, FarmTech, and InsurTech. Foster a culture of creativeness and innovation, encouraging the team to think outside the box while using the design thinking framework to ideate, prototype, and validate novel solutions.

Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various departments and teams to understand business needs, explore innovative solutions, and provide strategic guidance on technology adoption. Foster an environment of creative collaboration, where diverse perspectives are valued and contribute to the problem-solving process.

Talent Development: Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence. Encourage continuous learning and provide opportunities for team members to attend workshops, training sessions, and industry events to fuel their creative thinking.

Project Management: Oversee the execution of innovation projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Promote agile project management methodologies that empower teams to adapt quickly and creatively to respond to evolving requirements.

Budget and Resource Management: Develop and manage budgets for innovation initiatives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and optimal resource allocation to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

Thought Leadership: Represent the organization as a thought leader in the technology industry. Engage with thought leaders and participate in conferences, seminars, and industry events to share insights and gain knowledge, inspiring the team to think creatively.

**Qualifications and Experience**:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Strong hands-on experience with Amazon Web Services, Google Cloud Platform, and Microsoft Azure.

In-depth knowledge of MarTech, BeautyTech, FarmTech, and InsurTech kind of trends.

Proven track record of leading and delivering innovative projects and solutions.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to think strategically and drive technology-driven business transformation.

**Hands-on Experience**:

- Python
- NodeJs/ Java
- Algorithm exposure: Time Series Forecasting, NLP, Computer Vision, Anomaly Detection
- GitOps, DevOps ( CI/CD), MLOps

**Industry Certifications (Desirable)**:
TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework)

AWS Certified Solutions Architect

Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect

Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert
