Senior Executive, Foundations of Clinical Practice

By aiding in the seamless operation of the Clinical Procedures (CP) course, the Senior Executive will assist in supporting the delivery of clinical skills training and examinations. This involves providing administrative and logístical support for the Foundations of Clinical Practice (FCP) programme.

**Responsibilities**:
Administrative Responsibilities
- Assist the CP Lead in planning and organizing CP teaching sessions, including booking learning spaces, facilitators, and simulated patients (SP).
- Assists the CP lead with task trainers and other learning materials during teaching sessions
- Prepare & set up teaching resources for day-to-day lessons, practice sessions, and practical exams.
- Assisting CP facilitators with teaching clinical/practical skills to enhance students' learning experiences.
- Coordinate with respective training institutions/ departments/ health care institutions for internal and external training.
- Managing the contents on the Learning Management System
- Managing the inventory database.

Procurement and Finances
- Assist CP lead in planning yearly operating budget.
- Performing procurement duties to ensure teaching consumables requirements are met.

Teaching space and training aids
- During training sessions, assist the CP Lead in demonstrating and monitoring the usage of equipment assuring students' adherence to cleanliness and safety.
- Ensure proper housekeeping of the teaching lab and ensure equipment are in working order.
- Perform stock take and consumables replenishment.

**Requirements**:

- A diploma or a degree holder.
- Working experience in a similar setting (school/college/university/hospital)
- Nursing experience will be an advantage
- Responsible; able to work independently with minimum supervision
- A good team player
- Good interpersonal, communication and customer service skills
- Meticulousness with good planning and organizing abilities with a high level of initiative.
- Positive, self-motivated, and willing to learn

This is a 1 year contract appointment.
