Sincere Healthcare Group is seeking for an **Clinical Operations Executive** to join our dynamic operations team in Singapore.

**Position Objective**

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Responsible for day-to-day clinical operations and ensuring clinical and facilities operations are running smoothly.
- Assist in the smooth delivery and execution of all operational systems, processes, and infrastructure, including facilities management and IT resources.
- Partner with doctors and clinical employees to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficient processes for daily operations and delivery of care to patients.
- Maintain all equipment and services contracts, plan and monitor maintenance schedules, and execute work orders.
- Coordinate and liaise with vendors and contractors to perform preventive maintenance of facility equipment in a timely manner.
- Ensure that the facilities and environment meet the needs of staff and patients, including safety and security requirements.
- Review risk assessment and ensure the required safety requirements are in place prior to commencement of work.
- Assist to maintain proper documentation and compliance with regulatory requirements and standards.
- Liaise with MOH on the licensing of the clinics and HSA on the clinic equipment, ensuring prompt renewals of licenses.
- Manage inventory and prepare for regulatory inspections and audits.
- Any other tasks as may be assigned by immediate supervisor or management.

**Job Requirements**
- A Diploma in Business Administration/Management or any healthcare related studies.
- Preferably with 2 years’ relevant working experience, preferably in healthcare or hospitality operations.

**Salary**: $2,500.00 - $3,800.00 per month

**Experience**:

- clinical operations: 1 year (preferred)
- IT Infrastructure: 1 year (preferred)
- Facilities management: 1 year (preferred)
