We want to reshape the digital healthcare space by improving facilitation of data flow between the healthcare sector and biomedical sector, and also shifting the patient journey paradigm from a provider-centric model to a more patient-centered system of delivery.

Our solutions are trusted by healthcare providers and payers in Singapore, China, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand and Cambodia.

Based on our success in these six markets, we are confident that our solution will be relevant and in demand in other countries within the region as well. We are currently finalising expansion plans into Malaysia, Vietnam and Brunei.

You will be working very closely with our CEO and CPO for the following responsibilities:
**Responsibilities**

**Project Planning and Execution, Project Documentation**

Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule,

Coordinate with stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Manage project communication and documentation

**Client Interaction**:
Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure project alignment with client expectations.

Address client concerns and proactively manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2 years of experience in software project management, preferably in the IT industry.

Knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).

Strong organisational and leadership skills.

Ability to analyse complex problems and make informed decisions.

Ability to draw workflow diagrams using Miro board or any such tools

Experience with project management tools such as Jira, Asana, or Trello.

Good Stakeholder Management, Communication and expectation management skills
