**About The Green Collective SG**
We are SEA’s first BCorp certified collective concept (and possibly the largest aggregator platform) of sustainable brands curated based on the UN Sustainable Development Goals. Since our start in 2018, we have worked with over 100 sustainable brands (or Green Kakis as we call them), organized over 100 workshops and talks and enabled small sustainability focused entrepreneurs to grow and scale their business.
While we are still a young company, we have been growing quickly and as a mission driven company, we want to help more consumers discover sustainable products and reduce their footprint on the planet.
**The Role: Sales Executive - Part time/Full time**
As the Sales executive, you will be responsible for cashiering, opening and closing of the shop as well responsible for sales and customer service at the store. You will be working on shifts (5-6 hours) and will be managing all sales related queries from customers and processing sales. You will also be expected to record customer queries and enquiries based on the Company SOPs.
You are expected to maintain high standards and conditions and foster a positive environment while ensuring that the actions taken are in line with the Spirit of the Collective.
**What are you expected to do?**
**Ensure smooth operations as a cashier**
- Welcoming customers, answering their questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendation
- Operating scanners, scales, cash registers, and other electronics
- Reporting 10 mins before store opening to ensure proper opening and closing of the cash register
- Maintaining a clean and tidy workspace as per company policies and guidelines
- Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and
proving a receipt to every customer
**Ensure superior customer service**
- Deliver excellent customer service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction within the store
- Respond to customer’s feedback, complaints and concerns in a professional manner.
- Solve customer queries in a courteous and patient way.
- Highlight any product or visual merchandising related issue to the Operations team in the store.
**Drive sales at the Collective**
- Be part of sales team strategy to increase sales
- Tell customers about discounts and offers running in the store
- Work closely with the core team to give suggestions and ideas on improving sales within the store

**Who you are expected to be ?**
- Previous experience working in retail

Pay: From $10.00 per hour
Expected hours: 5 - 25 per week
