As a Sales Executive, you will be part of a dynamic team, responsible for generating new business and maintain existing client relationships within the industry. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- 1. Training and Development:_
- Participate in a thorough training program to acquire knowledge of products, sales techniques, and industry regulations.
- Engage in ongoing professional development to stay updated on changes in the industry landscape.
- 2. Prospecting and Lead Generation:_
- Learn and implement effective strategies for prospecting and generating leads through various channels.
- Utilize training to identify potential clients and initiate contact.
- 3. Client Consultation:_
- Develop the skills to conduct client meetings, understand their needs, and assess risk profiles.
- Learn to provide expert advice on products tailored to individual client requirements.
- 4. Sales and Product Presentation:_
- Master the art of presenting to clients.
- Customize solutions to meet specific client needs and budget constraints.
- 5. Negotiation and Closing:_
- Develop negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements.
- Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- 6. Relationship Management:_
- Learn to build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and loyalty.
- Address client inquiries, and concerns, providing timely and effective solutions.

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
