**Key Responsibilities**:

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities for labour supply services in the marine, construction, and oil & gas sectors.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction with the workforce supply and service delivery.
- Assess client needs for skilled labour and tailor workforce solutions to meet project requirements.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and bids to clients, ensuring competitive pricing and terms.
- Negotiate labour supply agreements, terms, and conditions to ensure mutually beneficial contracts.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and operations teams to ensure the timely supply of qualified and skilled workers.
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns regarding workforce performance or service delivery.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, workforce needs, and competitors.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote labour supply services.
- Track and report on sales and business development performance, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Work with marketing and technical teams to create promotional materials and campaigns for labour supply services.
- Continuously explore opportunities for business growth and expansion within the labour supply sector.

**Requirements**:

- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or labour supply management, preferably within the marine, construction, or oil & gas industries.
- Strong understanding of the labour supply industry, including workforce requirements and client needs.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in securing new business and achieving sales targets.
- Ability to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance, and workforce management practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend business development events.
