As a member of Heinemann Asia Pacific, you will be reporting to the General Manager of Indochina Duty Free (ICDF) managing the day-to-day operations of a newly created joint-venture (JV). This role will bring sales, operations, procurement, supply chain, business insights and vendor interests together. This role fundamentally will assist with developing a strong footprint in the Indochina region with stable and long-term B2B distribution partnerships across all core duty-free categories. Your new job includes
- manage the day-to-day operations with Heinemann’s JV partner.
- play a pivotal role in developing the growth of the company in areas such as introducing new categories, or in-demand brands.
- be the critical link between sales, the JV partner and the ICDF management team.
- play a critical role with channel responsibility between distribution, wholesale and retail.
- provide monthly company performance reporting to the General Manager, ensuring P&L alignment to budget, and quarterly and annual reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
- ensure the clients of ICDF are working within the guidelines of the brand owners expectations.

What you should bring along
- a Degree in Business Administration or any related discipline is preferred, but not mandatory.
- practical experience of at least five years within the Indochina market, and/or General Management experience.
- strong commercial and financial acumen.
- excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills with the proven ability to sustain long-term relationships.
- attention to detail with a growth mindset in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
