**Talent Community Manager**

That’s where you come in Maker Lab is made up of 150-200 incredibly multidimensional talents and we are looking for ways to celebrate them and their successes in unconventional ways. You’ll help to shape employee journeys that create so much hype that even our clients and external talent network want to be part of. Ultimately, you’ll be helping to develop a talent community that would make talents and clients consider Maker Lab as their next employer, freelance gig or marketing consultancy.

You’ll be working closely with our dedicated team business unit, talent acquisition, employee relations and talent & HR ops teams. You’ll have regular cadence with our CEO & Founder whose creative vision you’ll help to bring to life.

**Role**:

- Build and grow strong talent communities through social activities, shared passion points, networking and creative partnerships, content generation and other bespoke programmes.
- Establish outreach and engagement strategies, scalable community communications, campaigns and a solid operational infrastructure to support it all as the MKL talent community grows beyond internal channels.
- Collaborate with MKL Studio to identify and develop creative touchpoints for engaging our employees, external talents and clients, i.e assets and content for immersion, talent profiles, alumni and reward programmes, mentorship, thought-leadership, newsletters, social media coverage, UGC, editorial, events, workshops, talks, podcast series, courses, conferences, awards, marketplaces and all kinds of channels and things that we haven’t even thought about yet.
- Lead and oversee the setup, roll-out and production of all talent community-related activities and roadmap across the whole range of the creative marketing mix.
- Act as the primary point of contact for community engagement across all the markets we operate in, across online and offline formats when sparking social connections between different sub-communities and ensuring their needs are heard, understood and addressed in a timely manner.
- Track and analyse feedback and engagement to craft actionable insights, provide strategic business recommendations and drive changes to current programmes, policies, and processes to increase employee and client satisfaction, activity and performance.
- Keep up to date with best practices and industry trends to identify opportunities for enhancing MKL talent community and experience.
**You**:

- 5+ years of experience either as an Employee Experience Manager, Internal Communications Manager, Talent Partner, Strategist, Community Manager, Marketing Communications Specialist, Influencer and Artist Programme Manager, etc.
- Proven experience driving community happiness and satisfaction when helping to voice their representation within the business.
- Passion for the talent ecosystem and digital culture by understanding the talent community needs and identifying opportunities to celebrate them in meaningful ways by always taking cultural nuances into consideration.
- A strategic and creative thinker who is able to navigate around an always-on community landscape and roll with the changes in a dynamic environment.
- A self-starter and a go-getter with strong communication capabilities across all marketing mediums.
