**PURPOSE AND SCOPE**
- This role will be a part of a team critical in the Energy Transition journey from brown to green.
- This position plays a key role in the project team, serving as an integral member of the commercial team responsible for managing and delivering cross border renewable energy imports into Singapore. The incumbent will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to support the development of the large-scale renewable energy import project. Exceptional experience will be gained by the individual form a highly strategic project.

**KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform strategic and commercial analysis to support investment decisions.
- Work alongside consultants and advisors (especially engineering, legal) to support the negotiation for various project documents including technical documents, term sheets, partnership, financing, interconnection, EPC, and supply agreements.
- Manage project schedule/timeline for a complex cross border large scale renewable energy project.
- Actively engage and collaborate with stakeholders across various internal and external cross-functional teams.
- Prepare internal updates, investment approval papers, etc. to seek Management and Board approval.

**QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE**
- 8 - 10 years of relevant working experience in energy/renewables (Power, Utilities or Transmission) industry, preferably with some background in project management / procurement.
- Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical Engineering)
- Ability to interpret and review technical documents
- Ability to interpret, review and negotiate commercial agreements, including EPC and consultancy agreements.
- Ability to independently conduct strategic and commercial analysis.
- Cross border transactional experience within SEA or APAC (not essential).
- Good understanding of Power market in Singapore, as well as the risks and value drivers
- Demonstrated ability in successfully working with cross-functional teams including technical groups, accounting functions, and project development.

- Team player with excellent stakeholder management and relationship development skill.
- Willingness to travel, when needed.
