**What you will do**
- Leverage systems & tools to manage the import and deployment of finished lubes in Singapore
- Carry out the import of finished products from Exxonmobil supply affiliates and 3rd Party vendors
- Carry out the deployment of finished products across regional distribution centers (RDC) in Singapore
- Undertake measures to ensure successful customer order fulfillment and to resolve product shortage issues to ultimately minimize impact to customers.
- Utilize communication channels / tools to keep sales / customer service informed and engaged on stockouts and future shortages
- Develop & execute inventory policies that prevent / minimize the generation of Slow Moving Dying Stock (SMDS) or excess inventory
- Manage 3rd Party suppliers by ensuring reliability and conformance to product specifications
- Manage urgent replenishments (e.g. airfreights) when required to meet customer's needs and expectations
- Manage new product introductions, source change, or product eliminations thru Product Management of Change (PMOC)
- Undertake initiatives to optimize supply chain, inventory or any other initiatives that may be assigned by the supply manager
- Support Receiving Distribution Centre (RDC) Stock Keeping Unit (SKU) strategy for imported products
- May be required to handle adhoc requests from internal and / or external functions
- Relief other planners and assume senior responsibilities from time to time.
- Any other work as assigned by supply manager

**What you will need**
- A fluent command of the English language
- Good communication skills
- Possess basic concepts of planning and scheduling
- Have basic understanding of the product market
- Possess leadership qualities
- A degree holder in any discipline
