**ExxonMobil **in** Singapore**

ExxonMobil is one of Singapore’s largest foreign manufacturing investors with over S$25 billion in fixed asset investments.

We have manufacturing facilities that include an integrated world-scale refining and petrochemical complex in Jurong and Jurong Island, a network of service stations under the Esso brand, operate a lubricant plant and are a supplier of cylinder cooking gas. ExxonMobil provides customers and commercial markets in the region with ground transportation, industrial, aviation and marine fuels, lubricants, petrochemicals and liquefied natural gas (LNG).

As Singapore serves as the AP hub for some of our businesses, we employ about 3,500 people across positions in operations, projects, commercial, corporate support functions and others.

ExxonMobil also contributes to community programs in Singapore that support the arts, education, health and the environment.

**What you will do**
- Leverage systems & tools to manage the import and deployment of finished lubricants in Singapore
- Carry out the import of finished products from other affiliates and 3rd Party vendors
- Carry out the deployment of finished products across regional distribution centers in Singapore
- Undertake measures to ensure successful customer order fulfillments and to resolve issues
- Utilize communication channels / tools to keep sales / customer service informed and engaged on supply status
- Develop & execute inventory policies
- Manage 3rd Party suppliers by ensuring reliability and conformance to product specifications
- Manage urgent replenishments when required to meet customer's needs and expectations
- Manage new product introductions, source change, or product eliminations
- Undertake initiatives to optimize supply chain, inventory or any other initiatives assigned

**Skills and Qualifications**
- A fluent command of the English language
- Good communication skills
- Possess basic concepts of planning and scheduling
- Have basic understanding of the market
- Possess leadership qualities
- A degree holder in any discipline
