**Technology Evangelist and Customer Engagement Specialist**

**Role Overview**:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy marketing and communications specialist who can bridge the gap between our engineering-driven products and the audiences we serve. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of technology, branding, content creation, and customer engagement.

As a Technology Evangelist and Customer Engagement Specialist, you’ll play a central role in shaping Subnero’s public voice and digital presence. You will work closely with the leadership and product teams to communicate our value, revamp our website and materials, and create engaging content that resonates with our customers and partners.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Understand Subnero’s brand positioning and craft clear, compelling messages tailored for our target audiences.
- Plan and implement a holistic marketing strategy for the company, including campaign ideas and content calendars.
- Revamp the Subnero website, improving both content and structure to better reflect current products and messaging.
- Develop and execute content for whitepapers, from drafts to final polished versions.
- Update and redesign marketing collaterals for new product lines, including brochures, datasheets, and presentations.
- Collaborate with customers to develop and publish insightful case studies.
- Create short videos showcasing customer stories, use cases, and product features.
- Support and coordinate product launch videos in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage regular updates across social media and the Subnero Pulse page.
- Engage in conversations to understand customer needs and how they utilize Subnero’s products.Facilitate customer support discussions by connecting them with the appropriate Subnero teams.

**Qualifications**:

- A strong interest in technology and the ability to understand and explain technical concepts.
- Background in engineering, computer science, or a related technical field is a strong plus.
- Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or technical writing.
- Skills or experience in basic web development (e.g., HTML/CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with website content management systems.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable speaking with customers and internal stakeholders to gather insights and stories.
- Bonus: Experience in video editing, graphic design, or marketing analytics.
