**What can you expect ?**

Help clients navigate the future of work and put in place a framework that enables clients anticipate & plan ahead with business process analysis, skills required for the future, mapping current talent pools against anticipated needs, recommendations on bridging the gap with reskilling or upskilling and right sizing, and acquiring right capability in this rapidly changing business landscape.
- Lead client engagement and support sales in Talent Management, organization design, Job Redesign, skills and workforce transformation
- Provide thought leadership by helping build points-of-view and opinion papers as well as research efforts relevant to those areas.
- Support client engagement and project delivery in other complementary areas, as needed

**We will count on you to**
- Identify problems with the right diagnosis and help shape solutions for client problems across the work area
- Lead, direct and guide consulting engagements by providing appropriate guidance to project teams to deliver client value
- Manage projects to time, quality, budget while building team skills
- Lead and manage client engagement, stakeholder management, reporting and meetings
- Lead proposal shaping, solution design fit to client needs and nurture upselling/ cross-selling client opportunities

**What You Need To Have**
- 5-8 years’ experience in HR consulting across various domains
- Exposure to working in the areas of Organization Design, Skills and Workforce Transformation, Employee Engagement, Assessments and strong project management
- Supported consulting and products sales
