
Apac Payroll Administrator

**Description**:
**What you’ll be doing**:
- Process payroll for Preqin’s APAC subsidiaries in Singapore, Philippines, China, Japan, Australia and Hong Kong, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws
- Work closely with external payroll providers and internal People/Finance teams to ensure smooth payroll operations
- Enter new starters and process leavers in the payroll system
- Manage commissions, bonuses, overtime, and expenses for all payroll cycles
- Process sickness-related and statutory payments
- Maintain and update payroll records, including employee data, tax details, and salary adjustments
- Handle payroll queries from employees and provide timely resolution
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, including tax filings, social security, and benefits administration
- Assist in audits and reconciliations to validate payroll accuracy
**What you’ll bring to us**:
- Minimum of 2 years’ payroll experience
- Proven experience in payroll administration within the APAC region
- Strong knowledge of local payroll regulations, taxation, and statutory requirements in multiple APAC countries
- Proficiency in payroll software and systems
- Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with external payroll vendors
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other payroll-related tools
