**Senior Account Manager - Data Centres**

This client side role is targeted at those who have sold Data Centre space to customers in the APAC market. US or Chinese Hyperscale track record would be preferred.

- Create opportunities to serve customers’ expansion plans across multiple markets, with a focus on promoting our client's new market expansions - Proactively lead and execute a strategic account planning process to support client expansion plans - Meet assigned sales and revenue targets - Negotiate new and renewal contracts, supported by our in house platform resources - Forecast and report on opportunities to management for planning purposes - Commercially and financially astute, with the ability to lead contract negotiations to maximise profitability and manage risk Skills &

**Qualifications**: - BA/BS degree or equivalent - More than 8 years of experience in a Sales/Commercial/Account Management role - Experience selling hyperscale/wholesale data centre space will be highly regarded - Existing relationships with international hyperscale and tier 2 customers is preferred - Detailed knowledge of the data centre industry, investment trends and customer requirements - Ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive and C-level - The ability to travel when required.
