Project SMILE is a trusted, volunteer-led non-profit organization with IPC status that has empowered over 300 women and their families in Singapore. We support women from low-income backgrounds and women over 50 through emotional support, social programs, and community connection. As we enter a new and exciting phase focused on active ageing, we are seeking a Head of Agency to lead this transformation.

The Head of Agency will drive our next chapter—shaping long-term strategy, building a sustainable organization, and leading meaningful change in the lives of older adults in Singapore. This is more than a leadership role—it’s an opportunity to reimagine aging and equity in a changing society.

**What You’ll Do**

You will lead and oversee all aspects of Project SMILE’s operations, people, and partnerships:

- Shape and implement our strategic direction
- Develop a strong team and talent strategy
- Build a sustainable fundraising model
- Ensure financial health and transparent reporting
- Design and deliver impactful programs
- Manage day-to-day operations and governance
- Build partnerships with funders, agencies, and community groups
- Work closely with the Board to align goals and decisions
- Inspire a culture of inclusion, accountability, and growth

**What You Bring**
- 15+ years of leadership experience - preferably in the nonprofit or social impact sector
- A Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in nonprofit management, social sciences, or related fields
- Strong experience in strategy, finance, and people management
- Deep understanding of Singapore’s nonprofit ecosystem and funding models.
