As part of the Risk and Compliance team, you will be integral in working with relevant stakeholders to support the organization in developing and implementing the overall risk management strategy and related initiatives.- Assist in the implementation of the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework and other risk related policies and methodologies- Facilitate and review risk assessments for key business operations, strategic investments and major projects- Support ‘middle-office’ activities relating to market and credit risks such as monitoring and reporting of risk exposures and credit reviews- Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRI) for senior management’s decision-making- Support KI’s Risk Committee and BCM Committee in delivering their terms of reference- Drive risk management culture through working with business units to educate and create awareness of risk management accountability- Ad-hoc tasks when assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS- A degree in Engineering, Risk Management, Finance, Accountancy, Business or Economics- Internship Experience in environment and/or energy industry is an added advantage- A hands-on person with technical acumen and ability to understand broad business issues- Quantitative person with strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Good ability to influence, communicate and present- Ability to multi-task and works well under pressure
