BYD by 1826 is seeking a charismatic and service-driven Experience Ambassador to elevate our guests' dining experiences while familiarizing them with our innovative range of BYD electric vehicles. This unique role transcends traditional waitstaff duties, merging hospitality and customer service with an immersive brand experience. **Key Responsibilities**:

- **Exceptional Service**: Provide outstanding customer service throughout the guest's dining journey, ensuring they feel welcome, comfortable, and thoroughly attended to.
- **Menu Knowledge**: Understand and effectively communicate our menu offerings, including food, beverages, and any specials, guiding guests to make informed choices that enhance their dining experience.
- **Collaboration**: Work collaboratively with the kitchen staff to ensure accuracy and timeliness of all orders, and liaise with our sales team to provide a seamless transition for guests interested in our BYD vehicles.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in the casual-premium dining.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems and cash handling.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry heavy trays.

Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
