Job Title: Customer Experience Ambassador

The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our hotel guests, providing a warm and welcoming experience from the moment they arrive. As a Customer Experience Ambassador, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a positive experience during their stay with us.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering hotel guests and maintaining accurate records
  • Communicating with guests to understand their needs and provide exceptional service
  • Working collaboratively with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
  • Disciplined and service-oriented approach
