**Responsibilities**
- Development, end-to-end management and execution of marketing campaigns, events and promotions to drive online and offline traffic, increase brand awareness and drive sales
- Keep up to date in key marketing trends
- Pulling and analysing data from various sources and drawing meaningful conclusions
- Managing multiple campaigns at the same time
- Identify and develop strategic partnerships with brands, landlords, institutions, and other relevant parties to drive conversion and sales, as well as other objectives as aligned with our business goals
- Managing ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
- Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships
- Work with internal departments and external agencies to conceptualise and execute campaigns
- Manage allocated marketing budgets for various campaigns and activities, ensuring they are operated within approved budget and timelines
- Measure and report on performance of all campaigns and events, gather insights and evaluate effectiveness
- Liaise and engage with media to answer queries and increase BHG’s brand awareness in media platforms

**Requirements**:

- 3-5 years of prior experience in a similar role - within the retail industry would be a bonus
- Comfortable with large data sets, with the ability to analyse information and make recommendations
- Attention to detail
- A strong networker, able to form connections and build partnerships with people at all levels
- Energetic, highly motivated with a can-do attitude
- Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written
- Good multi-tasker
- Creative
- Strong team player yet highly independent
- Able to work in fast-paced environment and handle pressure well
