Singapore MAYER MARKETING PTE LTD Full time

Provide support to Marketing Department and ensure that delegated marketing & administrative tasks and activities are completed in a timely manner as directed.
- Assist in execution of Marketing campaigns and develop marketing materials like brochures, retail POP, etc.
- Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing events such as showroom campaigns, roadshows, atriums, inhouse sales events.
- Co-ordinating logistic arrangements for marketing assets, sponsorships, products for in-house events and promotions.
- Provide support for new product development.
- Assist in tracking marketing initiatives and reporting.
- Conducting market analysis / company surveys / competitor research.
- Coordinate and liaise with internal parties like designers, and external parties such as vendors, suppliers, partner organizations, and contractors.
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned.
- Prefer background in marketing, or Diploma in Marketing.
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Effectively bilingual in English and Chinese, Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task & prioritize according to situations.
- Positive and cheerful, pro-active with entrepreneurial spirit, able to thrive in fast-paced environment.
- Good organization skills, meticulous and attentive to details.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
