Facilitate discussions with business stakeholders to define scope, mapping rules, transformation logic, and reconciliation expectations for finance data.
- Work closely with SAP functional consultants and business data stewards to align on finance data requirements.
- Coordinate with the technical build team to ensure ETL development meets finance-specific needs.
- Plan and manage execution of mock migration cycles (Mock 1, Mock 2, Full Dress Rehearsal), including tracking progress and resolving issues.
- Conduct briefings and working sessions with finance users to ensure understanding and readiness.
- Troubleshoot and monitor data cleansing and load activities, ensuring timely completion, quality and completeness.
- Resolve reconciliation issues and support cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
- Expected Outcomes
- Finance data objects are migrated accurately and completely.
- Mock cycles and cutover activities are executed on schedule.
- Finance stakeholders are engaged and supported throughout the migration lifecycle.
