Singapore ASP SHIP MANAGEMENT SINGAPORE PTE LTD. Full time

Follow up on Class and Flag Status of each vessel and arrange for Surveys/ Services as required.
- Monitor and Annual Submission MRV & IMO DCS Emission data for verification.
- Maintain data and monitor ship performance via DNVGL Navigator Insight, ECO Insight, FOS or other such software. ( speed, consumption, disposal,)
- In charge for ship VLSFO,LSMGO,LO,FW & FRAMO test analysis.
- In charge fleet Environmental Quarterly KPI in regards ship Disposal & Emission.
- In charge of fleet IHM submission.
- Extract ship ME/AE Maker service letters and send to ship.
- Monitor and maintain ship certificates on electronic drive.
- Maintain fleet MOC register.
- Follow up on repairs/services as arranged by the Superintendent in consultation with vessel purchaser.
- On occasion follow up with purchasing requirements as arranged by the Ship Manager - liaising with the Purchasing Department
- Provide remote assistance to the Superintendents as required - vessels do not have Internet access or when Ship Manager is away
- Assist the team with Management Reports
- Filing of certificates, weekly and monthly reports and documentation as received from the vessels/various other parties - moving to electronic filing on T-Drive
- Update electronic filing on the Intranet to any changes within the organization or fleet
- Send out certificates/documents to the vessel - write official letters/follow up on response from the vessel
- Update and provide Class survey status as required by team
- Arrange and coordinate for storage and retrieval of ship document and Manuals from / to warehouse.
- Documentation control receipt, dispatch of mail / invoices to the ship and within team.
- Assist the team and other administrative duties when called upon.
