**Roles & Responsibilities**:
As a Will & Trust Planner, you will be a pivotal part of our team, focusing on crafting comprehensive estate plans that encompass wills, trusts, and tailored financial solutions for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with clients to understand their objectives, preferences, and financial goals for the distribution of assets.
- Developing and structuring wills and trusts in compliance with legal requirements and client wishes.
- Advising clients on the selection of trustees, executors, and guardians to ensure smooth estate transitions.
- Creating and managing living trusts to effectively handle assets during clients' lifetimes and after their passing.
- Educating clients on the probate process and implementing strategies to mitigate its complexities.
- Providing ongoing support and advice to ensure the continued relevance and effectiveness of estate plans.
- Designing and recommending tailored financial solutions, including investment strategies, retirement planning, and wealth management, to align with clients' objectives.
- Implementing consistent and effective financial strategies that uphold clients' long-term financial goals and security.

**Qualifications**:

- Local Polytechnic Diploma (Minimum Requirement)

**Salary**: $3,000.00 - $4,500.00 per month
