The Programme & Partnership Senior Executive/Manager plays a crucial role in supporting and managing VIVA's programmes, activities, and events. They are responsible for developing and managing partnerships to facilitate collaborations that align with VIVA's goals and objectives. This role requires a proactive and strategic individual who can effectively coordinate and oversee various initiatives to ensure successful outcomes.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Planning, organising, coordinating and managing VIVA’s programmes, activities and events
- Planning and executing annual signature and other fundraising events
- Managing and executing publicity and promotions
- Website and social media management and creation of collaterals, leading campaigns
- Coordinating, managing and identifying potential partners and establishing strategic collaborations
- Managing partnership and communication with stakeholders, including partners, sponsors donors and vendors
- Budgeting including project accounts management

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Mass Communication / Marketing or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a related field of work
