**About the Programme**:
The Trainee Early Years Teacher (ACEY) scheme is a place-and-train programme designed to immerse you in the young children environment (Playgroup and Nursery 1).

Through a combination of classroom training and workplace attachment, you will be provided real-time feedback and peer support for your optimal learning.

As a Trainee Early Years Teacher, you will be focusing on looking after young children aged 1.5 to 3 years old by creating a safe and conducive learning environment for infants. You will be enrolled for the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Early Years (ACEY) course that specialize in the learning and development of children aged 0 to 3 years old.

Upon graduation, you will be awarded the ACEY certificate and deployed as an Early Years Teacher teaching children aged 1.5 to 3 years. A 1-year bond is applicable.

**Requirements**:

- Possess at least GCE N Levels or above. Diploma holders and above are welcome to apply
- Enjoys working with young children (1.5 to 3 years old), and is comfortable with performing routine care duties for young children
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Prior experience in taking care of infants/ young children (below 3) will be advantageous
