Enroll in our Preschool Teacher Trainee (Fully Sponsored) program, tailored to foster your academic growth in Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) while gaining hands-on experience through our "Place-and-Train" programme at our centre.

As a Trainee Preschool Teacher, you'll receive training under the guidance of experienced Preschool Teacher mentors. This immersive experience allows you to grasp the daily responsibilities of a Preschool Teacher at My Little Gems Preschool.

Throughout your tenure, enjoy an attractive starting salary with incremental raises, all while having your Professional Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (PDECCE) fully sponsored.

Upon program completion, you'll transition into a full-time, certified Preschool Teacher, fulfilling the required bond with My Little Gems Preschool.

Responsibilities include educating the children, ensuring their well-being, organising teaching activities, and conducting assessments of learning progress.

Requirements:

Possess a Degree/Diploma from a local polytechnic in any discipline OR

Attain 5 GCE 'O' level credits in different subjects, including English or Chinese language for sponsorship eligibility

Proficiency in English or Chinese language for effective communication with parents

Basic computer skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.)
