We are on the lookout for loving and dedicated Teacher Assistants to join our energetic team at SuperGenius Preschool. In this role, you will assist our teachers with classroom activities and provide essential support across our campuses in Bedok, Punggol and Admiralty. This position is key to maintaining the high standard of our educational programs. We pride ourselves on offering a nurturing work environment with flexible shifts to support work-life balance.

**Job Description & Responsibilities**:

- **Classroom Support**:Assist in the preparation and execution of daily educational activities and ensure a safe, engaging learning environment.
- **Student Monitoring**:Help manage daily health checks and ensure safe dismissals at the preschool entrance.
- **Administrative Assistance**:Aid in managing financial tasks, maintaining student and teacher records, and facilitating parent transactions for school-related purchases.
- **Supply Management**:Assist in the oversight of inventory, ensuring adequate stock of classroom and educational materials.
- **Substitute Teaching**:Step in to provide classroom coverage for teachers during their absence, ensuring that our educational standards are upheld.
- **Communication**:Handle inquiries from parents and visitors and assist with the preschool registration process.
- **Additional Support**:Carry out other duties as needed to address the ongoing needs of the preschool.

**Requirements**:

- A genuine enthusiasm for working with young children.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Possession of a valid First-Aid certificate is preferred but not mandatory.
