**Job Title:** Early Years Teacher

Job Description

We are seeking a qualified and experienced teacher to join our team as an Early Years Teacher. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and be committed to providing high-quality education and care.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating educational programs for children aged 4-6 years old. This includes developing lesson plans, conducting assessments, and communicating with parents and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement curriculum plans that cater to the diverse needs of the students
  • Plan and conduct lessons that promote learning and development in all areas
  • Assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies accordingly
  • Communicate effectively with parents and other stakeholders
  • Contribute to the development of the school's policies and procedures
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognized teaching qualification (e.g. Diploma or Degree in Early Childhood Education)
  • At least 2 years of experience in teaching young children
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
