**Responsibilities**:

- To develop/transfer new products for in-house production, from qualification through to pilot and then mass production.
- Qualify outsource suppliers for products outside of Thales standard range and other products which are deemed necessary to outsource. Must define proper flow and leadtimes for planning/BU
- Help deploy any new manufacturing processes/equipment (collation, lamination, Punching M/C, Vision M/C etc) special emphasis on Visual Inspection M/C, and train the appropriate Team members
- Document the workflow in the Corporate system (Sesam)
- Cost reduction programs through localization of materials, sourcing cheaper alternatives etc
- Continuous monitoring of Yield/CONQ and taking appropriate actions required to make improvements
- Real-time interaction with Equipment Engineers and Production to settle issues and to gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Any other special projects as specified, as and when

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Printing Science; Graphic Design, Engineering or equivalent preferable
- Experience in the Card/Plastic industry or any High volume manufacturing industry
- Strong knowledge on Printing process, offset and silk screen (preferred)
- Strong knowledge on collation, lamination, punching, hot stamp, milling, embedding and pre-perso
- Knowledge of different cardbody materials, PVC, PET, PC, PETG, PLA
- Team Player with dynamic personality
