We are looking for an experienced Regional E-Commerce Management & Fulfilment Executive to join our team at ACTUALLY PTE LTD. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our e-commerce operations across Southeast Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Philippines, ensuring efficient and seamless product fulfilment to our customers. This is a full-time position based in Macpherson, Singapore.

**Key responsibilities**
- Oversee the end-to-end e-commerce fulfilment process, including inventory management, order processing, and delivery coordination
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our e-commerce operations, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Liaise with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure a cohesive and streamlined e-commerce experience
- Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and recommend new initiatives to enhance our e-commerce capabilities
- Manage and mentor a team of e-commerce specialists to drive continuous improvement and exceptional customer service

- Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms, inventory management, and order fulfilment processes
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Proven experience in leading and motivating a team to achieve shared goals
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of the digital marketing and e-commerce landscape in Southeast Asia
- Proficiency in using e-commerce and project management tools
