**Key Responsibilities**:
**Public Address (PA) System**
- Train and supervise student PA crew for assemblies, chapel sessions, and events.
- Maintain PA system equipment, troubleshoot issues, and coordinate vendor support for repairs or installations.

**Audio-Visual (AV) Support**
- Oversee AV setup and operations for all major school events.
- Fulfil AV setup requests from staff and approved external parties.
- Maintain and track AV/PA inventory and loan records.
- Advise HOD (ICT) on AV needs and assist in procurement processes.
- Support equipment condemnation and classroom AV upkeep.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (e.g.,projectors, visualizers).
- Troubleshoot and explore innovative AV and broadcasting solutions.
- Guide and mentor students in AV operations.

**Broadcasting (Live/Recorded Events)**
- Provide technical support for live-streamed school events (e.g., Founder’s Day).
- Operate livestream equipment and platforms (e.g., YouTube Live, Facebook Live).
- Manage and train student teams for live broadcasts.

**Other Responsibilities**
- Support video conferencing tools for staff training and online lessons.
- Train teachers and students in AV and broadcasting tools.
- Assist in listening comprehension exams.
- Provide basic IT troubleshooting support.
- Help with printing, laminating, CD duplication, and video editing tasks.
- Perform simple hardware repairs (e.g.,soldering).
- Support teachers in lesson delivery and participate in events outside office hours when needed.

**Requirements**:

- Certification in audio, video, or media production preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of experience with AV equipment.
- At least 1 year of experience supporting live broadcasting events.
- Experience working in a school-based environment is an advantage.
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
- Willingness to mentor students and support various school activities.

**Working Hours**:
Mondays to Fridays, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (inclusive of 1-hour lunch break)
