- Conduct daily briefing, review schedule planned by the engineers and if necessary, re-arrange according to site conditions, priority and via the most productive method.
- Plan and follow through to ensure Engineers have the relevant skillsets to execute their role

- Perform site inspections to conform and guide Engineers to deliver our best practice and customer experience via the most productive way.
