- Coordinate with the paid search team to align organic and paid strategiesWho you are & what you’ll need to succeed.- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Computer Science, or a related field. Equivalent experience in the SEO and Digital Marketing field acceptable.-
- Minimum of 7 years of SEO experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role-
- Proven experience managing SEO for large-scale websites, preferably in the web hosting or tech industry-
- Deep understanding of SEO best practices, algorithms, and ranking factors-
- Deep understanding of Answer Engine Optimisation, and AI tools-
- Deep understanding of content marketing, including experience building video, blog, social and UGC programs-
- High proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog, Moz-
- Preferably knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and CMS platformsLStrong leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams-
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels-
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies-
- Ability to think strategically and execute methodically-
- Highly organized with strong project management skills-
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment-
