**Position Summary**:
Thales AVS in Singapore conducts manufacturing and repair activities for aircraft OEM and airlines respectively.

This position is with the AVS repair unit in Singapore.

The person joining will be working on Operations Support activities for the repair unit. The repair unit (ARU, Autonomous Repair Unit) is responsible for avionics, in-flight entertainment and electrical systems maintenance, repair and overhaul activities.

In the course of your work, you have the opportunity to participate in the processes relating to different products, such as flight control, communication, navigations, in-flight entertainment, electrical conversion systems, etc. There will be opportunities to learn how the different operational processes in repair, engineering, supply chain, logistics, etc to deliver the required support to airlines, allowing their aircrafts to depart and operate seamlessly, safely and timely.

**Main Tasks & Responsibilities**:
Main tasks and responsibilities involve Supply Chain administrative task, collecting, developing and managing data for tactical and strategic analysis. To assist (and potentially lead) in trials, pilots and full-scale deployments of projects or initiatives leading to the Supply Chain transformation of operational processes. To support, review (and potentially author) new processes, Way-of-work, for operational and/or technical processes. Find ways to automate, improve the management of operational processes. Opportunities to participate in LEAN/Kaizen activities.

**Requirements**:

- Able to join us as soon as possible (please indicate your availability period in your resume as well as whether you can commit full-time/part-time on your resume)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (word, excel, powerpoint)
- PowerBI, VBA Macros, Perl, Python, or similar programming languages a plus
- Is comfortable handling with large datasets and relational tables/database
- Good interpersonal skills, writing and verbal skills
- Willingness to learn, able to grasp new ideas; working independently and extending the projects independently
