**Key Responsibilities**
- Checking all the inward documents with the provided list from customer.
- Document Preparation - Removing documents from bindings, removing staples, removing tags & binders.
- Scanning - Scanning of documents with production scanner.
- Quality Control - Checking all the scanned images with original documents and marking all the errors.
- Capturing indexes from documents and populating them in Excel or Word.
- Filling up all the records and reports required for daily production.
- Helping logistic person to receive and deliver documents from various clients.
