E-Commerce Executive contributes to the growth of the e-commerce business by enhancing the customer experience, executing customer order fulfilment, operation of Ecommerce store including product listing, site updates and store settings, and maintaining the technology and infrastructure.

He/she is also responsible for performing data analysis to generate data-driven commercial insights and managing relationships with partners.

The E-Commerce Executive works in a fast-paced and digitally-centric environment where he ensures seamless end-to-end integration of the e-commerce business.

**Responsibilities**
- Implement e-Commerce activities. Including listing, fulfilment coordination and customer service
- Execute sales, promotions, brand, marketing and social media programmes and/or activities over digital platforms
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on execution of brand, marketing and e-Commerce activities
- Monitor sales, promotions, marketing and social media programmes and/or activities over digital platforms
- Maintain and update contents for organisation's website
- Respond to service challenges
- Engage in service innovation initiatives
- Execute customer retention and loyalty activities
- Liaise with relevant internal functions to fulfil customers' orders based on established procedures and service level agreement
- Coordinate with external partners to ensure smooth processing and delivery of customer orders
- Coordinate with business partners

**Essential Requirements**
- Diploma in Marketing, Advertising or other related fields
- Copywriting skills
- Keen eye for details & a focus on aesthetics
- Good communication skills including verbal and written skills
- Good collaboration skills

**Desirable to have**
- Data driven and analytical mindset
- Experience in customer service excellence
- Experience with SEM/SEO Marketing
- Experience with managing social assets

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus
