**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Manage shares and units matters (e.g. share portal, grant and vesting)
- Liaise with flexible benefits administration provider on monthly data exchange
- Work closely with payroll team on salary recovery arising from over-utilization of medical/ flexible benefits
- Support Corporate HR in the data upload for annual salary review and performance bonus exercise
- Support Corporate HR by coordinating with the appointed broker on insurance claims matters, when necessary
- Participate in compensation and benefit surveys
- Administer annual performance management exercise, long service awards and review welfare providers
- Support reports preparation through working with the various departments involved
- Manage invoices and cross-charging to entities
- Any other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned by immediate supervisor and/or team lead

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Degree in any discipline
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Meticulous, detail oriented, hardworking, proactive and self-driven
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Service mindset and a good team player
- 5-6 year experience in HR practices and compensation cycle management.
- Familiar with various types of incentives and benefits
- Must be able to handle multiple projects and able to communicate with a wide variety of levels and positions within the organization.
- Extensive handling of confidential information and the ability to maintain this confidentiality is crucial in the operation of this role
- Developing and using collaborative relationships to facilitate the accomplishment of work goals
- Working location: MiWorld Building (International Business Park)

Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: $4,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
