Do you intuitively design processes and systems to drive business goals at scale? Are you intellectually curious and want to test the latest technologies and tools to improve operations? As part of the JAPAC team for the Prisma Cloud team, you will not only ensure the successful integration of our technology products with IT tools, but also support and maintain the global best practice systems, processes and tools that empower our global sales organization to drive hyper growth.

**Your Impact**
- Support the JAPAC field teams for the Prisma Cloud sales portfolio by addressing day-day challenges relating to product licensing as well as IT processes
- Counsel and drive change management requests
- Support process creation and documentation for global field teams
- Support strategic projects to automate and scale Sales Operations
- Review and provide mitigation plans for any process gaps.

Qualifications
**Minimum Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- At least 1 year of experience working with business tools such as Salesforce
- Eagerness and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter with the ability to establish customer priorities and drive to closure
- Excellent time management, prioritisation, and organisational skills
- Ability to partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, IT, and Engineering to resolve issues

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Experience working in a high-growth technology company
- Experience working in a sales operations analyst type position

We work behind the scenes to make sure that sales relationships run smoothly while enabling and empowering the teams across the world.
