We are seeking a dynamic Vendor Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing strategy and collaborate with the Regional Business Manager for key vendors, Sales and Engineering teams to execute impactful marketing programs. This role is essential for enhancing market share and product performance through tailored activities aligned with vendor plans. You will implement a comprehensive activity/channel plan for each vendor and work closely with local marketing teams and digital specialists to deliver key initiatives that drive measurable outcomes consistent with our overall business objectives.
As a key player in our organization, you will be aligned with one or more regional vendors, assisting the Regional Business Manager in preparing for and conducting quarterly and half-yearly business reviews (QBRs/HBRs), including the presentation of engaging content. Your focus will be on maximizing marketing efficiency, accelerating execution, and delivering increased ROI across the region.
This role works in a matrix structure and will report to the APAC Marketing Director and with dotted line accountability to the Regional Business Manager roles.
**As the Vendor Marketing Manager, you will**:
- Ensure vendor marketing plans are adequately resourced and funded for optimal success and profitability.
- Manage campaign execution in collaboration with the Marketing, Sales, and Engineering teams.
- Oversee partner lead generation, including content creation for campaigns (e.g., eDMs, landing pages).
- Collaborate with vendors and Exclusive Networks SEs to develop quarterly training schedules.
- Maintain and update website content to reflect current vendor marketing programs, promotions, and product announcements (executed by the Digital Marketing team).
- Brief the campaign manager to develop e-newsletters and execute other e-marketing campaigns.
- Utilize Eloqua and NetSuite for activity and campaign tracking.
- Follow digital marketing processes to ensure timely execution of all digital content as per your activity plan.
- Collaborate closely with vendors, Regional Business Managers, country marketing teams, and local agencies to provide strategic marketing support and execution.
- Assess the marketing needs of local markets while ensuring alignment with regional and global strategies.
- Lead the launch of new vendor marketing programs and products, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and prepared.
- Participate in vendor marketing updates, distributing key messaging across Exclusive Networks to drive adoption.
- Coordinate with marketing agencies and internal resources to create compelling program concepts and assets.
- Assist in the collection and segmentation of target data by country.
- Manage vendor-focused content across Exclusive Groups social media accounts and website.
- Track and measure marketing performance against established KPIs.
**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE** |** **About you**
**The ideal Vendor Marketing Manager**:
- Bachelors degree or recognized marketing qualification, or 5+ years of relevant marketing experience.
- Strong team player with proven experience in collaborating and influencing outcomes across multiple stakeholders to achieve results
- Detail-oriented with the ability to see the bigger picture and think strategically.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in IT, with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Demonstrated experience in building strong internal and external relationships.
- Possess a learning mindset
- Proven experience in developing high-impact marketing programs and managing large events.
- Familiarity with automated marketing software (e.g., Marketo, Eloqua, HubSpot, or Pardot) is a plus.
- Experience in IT distribution, partner, or vendor environments is advantageous.
- Fluent in English and ideally another widely spoken language.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong listening abilities.
